Shahab Shamshirband

About the speaker

Shahab Shamshirband is an associate professor at the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). He received his Ph.D. in computer science. He has published high-quality papers in refereed international SCI-IF journals with more than 13000 citations in Google Scholar. Dr. Shahab has been listed among the top 1% of researchers by Thomson Reuters (Web of Science) based on the number of citations earned in the last three years. He has experience as a Postdoc research fellow at Data and Artificial Intelligence (DART) group in the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. He has worked as a PI, Co-PI. Expert and machine learning specialist on various funded projects. He is on the editorial board of journals and has served as Guest Editor for journals. His major academic interests are in Computational Intelligence, Data mining in multidisciplinary fields.
